To Pointe Santo de Sanibel:
Once on Sanibel Island, turn right (west) onto Periwinkle Way and follow to the end. Turn left (south) on Tarpon Bay Road and follow it to the end. Turn left (east) on West Gulf Drive. Pointe Santo entrances are the second and third entrances on the right. Take the second Pointe Santo entrance and when in the complex turn left and park in spot D-42.
